Restrictions

Workshops are suitable for those aged 16+.  Willow weaving is hard on the hands, however support is available.  The Barn at Willowbrook is accessible by wheelchair users throughout.

Workshop Confirmation

Workshop details will be confirmed by email following full payment to Welig in advance. Reservations without payment cannot be made.

Workshop Confirmation

Payment for workshops must be made in full at the time of booking.  All materials and use of tools etc are included in the price, (exceptions will be made known - e.g. wreath making) as is a scrumptious lunch and refreshments when the course is held at The Barn at Willowbrook.

Cancellation/Refund Requests

If you cancel a booking with more than 3 weeks notice before the start of your course, we will refund your fees.  An administrative charge of £15 will be deducted from any refund.

Less than 3 weeks notice

If you cancel your booking within 3 weeks of the start of the course, we will not normally give refunds or transfer bookings.  If there are exceptional circumstances we may be able to offer a part refund.  The above administration fee will apply.    All refund requests must be made in writing (email).

Transfers

If you cancel a booking with more than 3 weeks notice of the course start date, we can transfer your booking to another course if places allow.

Course cancellation by Welig

In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel a course or event or have to cancel your booking for any other reason, we will refund your fees in full.
